Stillman Law Office located in Farmington Hills is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to the HR Manager. We are seeking a candidate to undertake a variety of HR administrative responsibilities. Duties may involve a wide range of support to our HR department, from maintaining our employee personnel files to posting job ads and reviewing candidate resumes.

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements along with the ability to complete top priority job duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly-hired employees.
  • Prior experience as an HR Assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Personable and enthusiastic.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook).


Interview Material:

  • Candidates must complete an application before/at the time of interview.
  • Applicants, per firm visitor policies, should be prepared to present two (2) forms of identification. (1 picture id and 1 with name)
  • Candidates will be expected to bring a clean copy of their resume.
