Fun Factory, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our family entertainment center located in Lihue, Kukui Grove Center. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, and be able to communicate in a way that inspires Fun and excitement, come join our team!
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge and/or mechanical ability
- Able to handle and manipulate tools/objects efficiently
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office, Word/Excel expertise
- POS/fiscal responsibility
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds unassisted
- Able to perform the essential physical functions of the job
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain visual appeal of the store
- Assist in developing positive customer and community relationships
- Assist with meeting or exceed the growing sales revenue targets
- Assist in maintaining control of inventory and labor expenses
- Own vehicle and be able to travel between our Lihue and Kapaa stores
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Education Requirement:
- High school graduate with some college
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Lead or Assistant Manager, or promotion after one year
- Two years' plus supervisory and retail experience
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
