Finer Women’s Contemporary Clothing store in the Mebane, NC area is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to assist in the daily business operations of retail store.

Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the daily business operations of a better contemporary women’s clothing retail outlet store. Responsibilities include revenue generation, expense control, customer service, and personnel management.

Responsibilities:

· Creates and provides a unique customer service experience

· Assists in the hiring of qualified sales associates and develops store sales incentive plans

· Gathers and maintains pertinent financial data for weekly/monthly and annual financial analysis

· Maintains an accurate inventory management system

Qualifications:

· Proven working experience as a retail supervisor or assistant manager.

· Good communication skills for communicating with staff and clients.

· Basic computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft programs (excel, outlook, word, etc.)

· Prior experience training, coaching, and counseling employees.

· Experience in analyzing data to track sales & KPI performance.
