The Starbucks Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders, preparing beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests and baristas. The Assistant Store Manager will also be charged with running the store and overseeing shifts in the absence of the store manager. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to ensuring compliance with federal, state, local laws as well as franchise operating procedures. The Assistant Store Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Starbucks as well as Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

This is a licensed Starbucks store, and you will be employed by Hyatt.

• A minimum of 2+ years Barista and/or Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience preferred
• Previous coffee experience preferred
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader.
