The Assistant Program Coordinator will play an integral role in our continued growth and success. As part of our team, you are responsible for key aspects to attract, develop, and retain high quality educators, across the country as well as to ensure successful programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in administering and grading tests.
• Assist with clerical tasks:
• Make copies and create binders for students and tutors.
• Input student information and data.
• Create student and cabinet files.
• Organize materials
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have a professional demeanor and dress in professional attire.
• Applicant must be fluent in English.
• Must have a background in Education or be currently working towards one.
• Must be organized and well prepared for any situation.
• Must be self-motivated and highly proficient.
• Must possess excellent time management skills and computer skills.
• Must be comfortable with using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be adaptable and flexible.
• Office located in Kendall, but must be able to drive to school locations from time to time. Schools located in Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles County Office of Education School District.
