Our company is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for customer service. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, and providing support to the management team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness guidelines to provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to schedule and manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels and productivity.
  • Foster a positive team culture by promoting teamwork, recognizing and rewarding achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to continuously improve the cafe's offerings and service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
