STS Line Maintenance is hiring Asset & Tooling Administrators in Orlando, Florida.

Hiring Note: All candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • College Degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Auditing / Surveillance experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various software platforms
  • Proven experience in Material / Asset Control

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, etc.
  • Including superior accuracy in data entry
  • Possess excellent time management skills
  • Able to work in a multi-task, fast paced environment changing directions frequently
  • A self-starter that can maintain focus on prioritized tasks

Classification:

  • Non-Exempt Hourly – Full Time Regular: is subject to the overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the implementation and reporting of the STS positive tool control program of personal (random audits), company, and customer tools.
  • Utilizes a variety of auditing and tracking concepts, practices, and procedures centered on setting the standard for positive control of all assets and tooling as well as the certifying the on-site equipment as safe for the technicians
  • Identify weaknesses in the processes and report these weaknesses to management for process improvement using various resources. Reviewing and inspecting STS and customer assets by alerting any out-of-service equipment and needs for PM to the Station Manager.
  • Ensure the implementation of and adherence to new policies by performing random audits of the system. Compliance and follow up of policies and reporting conclusions of results and effectiveness of published procedures.
  • Identify and document out-of-service tooling during daily activities, ensure proper tagging of all tooling, repair as necessary, schedule item for repair or justify replacement in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the auditing of calibrated tooling each month at the station IAW the RSQSM policies on calibrated tooling. Review the use of tooling check out history to ensure STS has adequate tooling to meet the customer requirements. Report any discrepancies to the Station Manager for further action.
  • Responsible for conducting monthly/annual preventative maintenance inspections on non-vehicular assets per STS standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training of individuals assigned to utilize the electronic Asset Tracking program to maintain the goals of the STS positive tool control program and Asset and Inventory Program.

  • Meet and/or exceed projected quality, training and safety goals.
  • Mitigate loss and destruction of company assets to the best of your ability.
  • Ensure the Asset and Tooling Program exceeds the company and customer’s expectations.
  • Ensure a high quality of training is delivered as required to users of the program.
  • Meet goals of the inventory and tracking requirements of the Asset and Tooling Program.
  • Maintain compliance with the STS RSQSM and governing STS SOP’s.
  • Conduct audits identifying areas of concern and ultimately resulting in corrective/preventative actions that result in tangible improvement.
  • Meet all CAR response and acceptance time-lines
  • Keep accurate documentation and report system discrepancies
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate leadership
  • Implementing evaluation methods to ensure STS adheres closely to internal policies
  • Provide good leadership that sets the tone of how things should be done
  • Ensure technicians always have functioning tools in correct quantity and location.

Pay Rates:

  • Starting pay rate will range between $28 and $30 per hour DOE.

  • Full Time: PTO, Health Insurance, 401K. No Benefits for Part Time.
