As the Arts and Worship Creative Project Manager you will work closely with the Creative Director to coordinate, implement, and produce all aspects of logistics, creative, and programming details relating to decided upon creative service elements.
You will ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget, while overseeing that everything needed is ready and available. This includes, but is not limited to: props/wardrobe, locations/permits, crew/talent hiring, invoicing, ensuring proper forms and releases are gathered, etc. You will also be a trusted voice in the creative process. In addition, you will act as the primary contact between the Central Arts team and hired talent and/or crew, providing hospitality and engaging with everyone so they feel valued and seen, creating a welcoming and calm work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Securing logistics and supplies for the smooth implementation of creative elements
• Detail curation for video projects to support Creative Director and filmmaker
• Pick up miscellaneous Central A&W projects as needed
• Participate in creative planning meetings

Success is defined as
Video shoots and creative projects are prepared in a timely fashion and on budget. Crew is set up well to succeed and the end product is impactful to the congregation.

• Live event and video producing
• project management and vision casting of creative ideas

Education and Experience:

• Experience working in an creative environment and keeping creative people on track
• Project management experience
• Experience working in a multi site church a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,594.99 - $70,498.95 per year
