Job description
High school diploma or GED is required, supplemented by vocational or technical training in property appraisal preferred; supplemented by one year of experience in property appraisal; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
Must possess and maintain Appraiser I certification.
Must submit a certified 3-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
