SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Qualified candidates will be crucial in assisting our Insurance Sales Team by ensuring that they have opportunities to educate and provide Medicare Supplement insurance solutions for American seniors in the tri-state area of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound Calls to Warm Lead Lists to set in person appointments with our local Insurance Agents.
• Data Entry of lead information into CRM/Policy Management Systems.
• Welcome Calls for new customers.
• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Should have an excellent verbal and writing skills; the ability to speak and communicate well with customers and the general public.
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, as well as a positive professional relationship with co-workers and managers.
• Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Including Excel) and other related software.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Detail Oriented.
