This position is for the Ground Based Air Defense Program supporting the development, test, and fielding of emerging Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). The position requires experience and familiarity with ground and/or air command and control and defense solutions and tactics.

Position Description
This position is for the Ground Based Air Defense Program supporting the development, test, and fielding of emerging Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). The position requires experience and familiarity with ground and/or air command and control and defense solutions and tactics.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems, tools, and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of data management tools and processes.
- Support the development and execution of data management plans including data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Participate in network and communication working groups, technical interchanges, test and assessment planning, and assessment execution.
- Support the design and documentation of data management processes and procedures.
- Ability to support tactical and technical teams in the areas of data management and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven operational understanding of command, control, communication, and computer (C4) systems, network, and communication interfaces.
- Proven experience configuring, maintaining, and operating IT assets, data transfer devices, and solutions.
- Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (desired) with 3+ years of direct experience (desired)
- 3+ years of experience operating command and control, weapons, or defense systems (required)
- Military/DoD experience preferred.
Certifications
- CompTIA Security+ (desired)
- CompTIA Network+ (desired)
