Position Summary
Responsible for supporting Constellation’s global compensation programs including reward cycle administration and configuration, job evaluation and market pricing, pay competitive analysis, survey participation and coordination and program communications.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform job evaluation/market pricing for assigned functions/client groups.
- Leads salary survey submission and related administration.
- Provides basic consultative compensation expertise to Human Resource Generalists/Partners and business leaders to implement and administer innovative compensation plans that meet business objectives and align with broader business strategies.
- Analyzes salary survey data and develop recommendations to ensure competitive salary structures and variable compensation.
- Supports the administration of programs and systems, as required.
- Creates data models to support decision-making, by cleaning, organizing and aggregating multiple data sources; and applying knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and statistical analysis.
- Helps ensure programs are in compliance with applicable regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
- Supports annual processes, including drafting communication materials; data audits and reporting; routine HR support/questions.
- Supports minimum wage tracking.
- Ensure compensation data integrity in systems (ex. audit compensation reason code usage for HR system entries; ensure market pricing system updates are complete and timely)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (with a focus on a quantitative curriculum a plus).
- No experience required, 1 year of experience in analytical role, preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, including experience with modeling and costing.
- Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint. Advanced user of Excel.
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience building strong client relationships using solid interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills.

- Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
- Primary work environment is professional corporate office

The salary range for this role is:
$48,400.00 - $69,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
