Job Title: Alarm Coordinator (Temporary 12 Months or longer)

Hours: M-F 9:00 PM-7:45 AM, M-F 11:00 PM-7:30 AM or M-F 11:30 PM-8:00 AM

Pay Rate: 19.00-20.29

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 19.00-20.29 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Alarm Coordinator to join our team for a 12 month or longer temporary assignment with the possibility of being hired permanently. JOB SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for:

· Alarm Coordinators answer calls from customers regarding emergency such as fire, theft, power outages, accident, or injuries etc.

· Responsible for routing to proper authorities such as police, fire dept, electricians etc.

· This is 24/7 operation so shifts will be determined accordingly.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally, both verbally and in writing. ∙

· Ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response authorities.

· Proven ability to prioritize competing demands. ∙

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience working with alarm monitoring, in particular emergency dispatch.

· 1+ years of experience working with alarm monitoring systems, preferred DICE Matrix software.

· High School Diploma or GED

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching, or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other office equipment as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
