W ork Schedule :

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Some alteration of the start/end times will occur to meet the needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Maintain agendas, take meeting minutes, and coordinate the activities and schedules of department leadership teams.
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to operations, procurement, policies, onboarding, contacts/resources.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve core functions in the department.
  • Assist with and support project work as needed.

Education :

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred – Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum – One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred – Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
