Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Dispatch supervisors, technicians, estimators to new projects.
Stay up to date and attempt to meet all service level agreements with ServiceMaster, third party administrators and insurance carriers.
Review compliance tasks through Restore365, stay up to date with web platforms: MICA and others, to assist in water mitigation; this includes coordinating and monitoring service calls, and updating information in a timely manner.
Scrub compliances for all pending sales and work in progress, problem solve in getting compliances that are past due completed.
Verify all data is entered into Xactimate.
Assist Accounts Receivable to accurately verify payment responsibilities (self pay or insurance pay).
Make QA calls according to set compliances
Follow ServiceMaster Guidelines (onsite arrival, etc)

Job Overview: The Water Mitigation Coordinator should be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. They should help provide a client experience that creates a positive lasting impression with our clients that differentiates us from our competition. They should be able to assist clients, employees, subcontractors, and management by ensuring a smooth claims process with a fully documented and updated file and confirming that all services are executed in a timely manner according to our service level agreements. They should always be prepared and responsive and should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of the structure division. This includes all duties and responsibilities that are subject to change at the discretion of management and Senior management.

Qualification:
  • Computer experience; MS office suite (excel, outlook, etc)
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective people management and customer service skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
