Investment banking company located in Houston, TX is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management for bankers.
  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  • Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs/Zooms across multiple locations.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including:

Visa applications
International flight & accommodation bookings
Car bookings

  • Expense management and preparation.
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow.
  • Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries.
  • Providing phone / vacation coverage for colleagues.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
