At 911ERP, we take care of first responders, or as we like to say, we serve those who serve. You will play an integral role in making this happen. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of what it takes to keep the business ticking. Think of it as the ultimate hybrid role where you will learn the supply chain from start to finish. You'll be doing things like order processing, purchase orders, supply chain management, and communicating with customers as well as vendors. You will be the focal point between logistics, customer service, sales, and accounting. There's currently 15 of us (and counting), each with a unique role on the team and each with the firm belief in teamwork. This position is perfect for someone who wants to take their experience in operations and business to the next level. We will help develop and grow you professionally. Our hope is that you stay with us in the long term, as we love to reward motivated and driven people.

What You Need to Get This Job:

  • Get ready to work with our software (Shopify and Quickbooks)
  • Be willing to learn
  • Be proactive with our open door policies and call a meeting when you feel something is important
  • Be creative – never stop improving the process, because after all, it is your process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and other service providers.
  • Support a healthy and productive culture.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Vendor communication.

Skillset and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Team player, self-starter, professional and organized.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
