Job Summary:

The Accounting Document Control Analyst establishes and manages all standard operating procedures (SOP) of the company related to Accounting.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None


Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Establish and document SOP for all accounting, treasury, and finance duties;
  • Update SOP as needed; ensuring company complies with all GAAP standards.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction;
  • Maintain the archiving system, retrieve documents upon request;
  • Consult with end users to identify problems in accessing electronic content;
  • Ensure process integrity implementing document revision controls as well as periodic audits of procedures;
  • Ensure company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management;
  • Communicate and consult with other staff when assessing, acquiring, or deploying new procedures;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly meticulous, organized and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Oral and written preferred.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in related field required.
  • At least three years of related experience required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.


Disclaimer:

Pay Scale $64,480.

The pay scale above is the salary or hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.


Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with California Labor Code § 432.3 and state and local minimum wage standards.
