Join a growing medical device manufacturer and help us build our finance and
accounting capabilities!

We are looking for someone curious, bright, and hard working to join our
team and grow with us. We are a profitable privately held medical device
design, development, and manufacturing company that is expanding in all
departments, including Finance and Accounting. The role would be a great
mix of getting day-to-day stuff done while helping to architect & implement
our future needs.

The ideal candidate would:
* Have experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment
* Understand cost accounting
* Be system savvy and love data
* Understand the inner workings of the chart of accounts and be able
to help architect improvements
* Be willing to help dive in and support all accounting needs from
AP/AR to monthly reporting to supporting strategic planning and budgeting
* Have experience with establishing and maintaining a robust monthly
close process
* Providing insight and support to management with respect to relevant
financial performance of various functional areas within the company
* Be able to keep perfect books and support efficient tax reporting
* Help identify and support ways to better utilize the balance sheet
(versus expensing/cash accounting)
* Develop financial reporting
* Be able to effectively manage a small team
* Have a degree in accounting with 3+ years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,158.00 - $92,714.00 per year
