Role: Accounting/ Billing clerk ( Hybrid)

Shift 8am- 4pm Mon- Fri

Duties:

• Maintains all payment records.
• Microsoft office, previous billing exp, strong customer service exp (1-2 yrs all). Accounts payable or Accounts receivable exp a MUST 1-2 years
• Microsoft office, exp with other billing applications a plus

Education:

• High school

Desired & aligned experience:

• Billing/clerk previous experience 1 yrs.
• Entry level/Jr role, Microsoft office exp and customer service exp a MUST
• 1-2 yrs Accounts payable or Accounts receivable exp a MUST
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Philadelphia, PA 19103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
