Our company is looking to hire 2 positions

1) Accounting Manager

2) Corporate Accountants at our Executive Office in Newport Beach.

General Job Descriptions:

· Daily reconciliation of hotel gross revenue report to hospitality system.

· Ensure hotel AP invoices are coded and posted accurately.

· Monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.

· Payroll general entry verification and posting.

· Responsible for preparing monthly full-set financial reporting for multiple hotels in a timely manner.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English (prefer Mandarin speaking candidate).

· Accounting Major required.

· Proactive, Detailed-Oriented, eager to learn in dynamic and engaging work environment.

· Hotel experience will have priority consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience:

· Accountant (1 Year)

· Accounting Manager (at least 3 years Hotel experience and 2 years supervisory experience)

Required languages:

Bilingual (English and Mandarin)

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
