We have immediate ABA therapy case opportunities with our clients located in:

Malvern, PA

Warrington, PA

Abington, PA

Dresher, PA

The clients require up to twenty (20) hours per week of direct ABA therapy at home with the clients and family beginning mid-afternoons Monday through Friday for the Abington and Dresher cases. The clients in Warrington have sessions in the mornings Monday through Friday. The clients in Malvern require two hours of sessions in the late afternoons Thursday and Friday and six hours on Saturdays.

We are seeking LOCAL AREA candidates with experience as Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapists to service our clients' ABA Direct Support therapy needs.

The successful candidates can be assigned to case(s) immediately .

In this role, you will work alongside our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We work primarily with children on the autism spectrum, so any experience you have working with children on the spectrum is a major plus! This job is a great opportunity to help children develop appropriate social behaviors and life skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help implement treatment plans under the supervision of board-certified behavior analysts
• Assist pre and school-aged clients as they learn appropriate social behaviors and basic life skills
• Provide home-based and daycare-based support
• Maintain detailed session notes

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to provide in-person ABA therapy services at the client's location (see towns listed above)
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Bachelor’s degree is greatly preferred
• RBT certification (or willingness to become certified) or 1 year or more of experience as an ABA Therapist
• Experience working with kids a plus, preferably those with autism or special needs
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
