Job description
Locations: Boulder, Lafayette, Broomfield, Westminster areas
Status: Part Time / Full Time
Compensation: $75 -$150 / per visit, PLUS travel and mileage

Requirements of the role include:
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- 2 years of recent (in the past 5 years) experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred
- Health Care CPR Certified
