MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE CLIENTS IF NEEDED!

MUST BE OK WORKING WITH PETS IN THE HOME.

MUST BE OK WITH DOING FULL PCA SHIFTS!

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN ONE OR MORE AREAS:

*HENDERSON, SUMMERLIN, NORTH LAS VEGAS, CENTRAL LAS VEGAS*

MUST BE OK WORKING WITHIN Personal Clients Homes AND Facilities!

Responsibilities As Needed

-Provide general attention to the non-medical needs of client(s) following an established Plan of Care. This may include personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, oral care, hair and/or skin care.
-Assist client(s) in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent.
-Assist client(s) with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable.
-Provide meal planning, preparation and feeding as required.
-Assist with medication reminders.
-Assist with prescribed exercises when the client has been instructed by the appropriate health professional.
-Document services delivered in accordance with FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures.
-Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to supervisor.
-Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in cases of emergency.
-Adhere to HIPAA Privacy regulations Provide general companion care services.
-Work toward continuous quality improvement.
-Engage with clients frequently and provide companionship and quality care.

Qualifications

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience. and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Ability to effectively interact and engage with clients, families and First Light team.
-State certification required
-Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and maintain adequate auto insurance and car. You should be comfortable driving to/from & for clients.
-Clean background
-Must be able to commit to either at least 20 minimum OR 40 hours a week
-Must be Reliable and Responsible
-Must have 1 year professional caregiving experience
-Must be ok with driving to Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

-Free Trainings for certifications & pre-employment requirements up front (upon completion of 90 day probation)
-Paid 4 hour company orientation
-Paid time off starting after 90 days
-Mileage reimbursement while on shifts with clients
-Hourly pay rates starting at $15.00 Hourly & Reward/bonuses (Bi-weekly)

-$50 Caregiver referral Program / $100 Client referral program after (100 hours)
